By being a allowed into beta testing, you agree to not to use, or disclose ANY information, images, ideas, text, or otherwise testing, or tested-game related to a non-beta tester, until given permission, from their creator.

Those such games include (And are subject to change, but NOT removal)

And all other games that are associated in the lightest with beta testing.

Ideas include ideas by definition, and ANY ideas that the creator of any “Beta tested games”, even if the idea is from any outside source. Ideas ALSO include any of YOUR ideas (regaurding any games you are testing).

You may however disclose ideas to active beta testers.

This agreement is subject to change, and by agreeing to the first version, you agree to the most recent version as well. – If a new version of this document is made, you agree to IT. And you agree to the one after it, and so on.

Furthermore, by agreeing to the privacy policy, you are also agreeing to the Wave Invitation Agreement, Beta Tester code of Conduct, and any other documents in the following list:
